Sorry for delay in logging this!.
Thursday was worried about red bits on end of toes, Was going to go to GP but remembered that podiatrist had given me a card which said to call the number if any changes on feet.
Called the clinic and was put through to podiatrist, she said that it sounded like chilblanes but i was to go in right away.. after she looked at them she thought it was nothing but toe nails were too long and as i have hurt my knee i cant bend leg unough to cut them so she kindly did it for me.
So panic over, have good healthy feet and nicely trimmed nails!

Good news Julie, thanks for the update 🙂 I had chilblains last year, but not this time round.
 
Glad you got help and reassurance and even more pleased it is nothing serious.
