Hello all,

hoping this message finds you all as well as can be expected.
Well things are improving for my in-laws thank goodness, we have had quite a journey with them one way and another but at least they are now accepting help in the form of a carer going in to get them washed and dressed in the morning and getting them breakfast and they are now receiving Meals on Wheels too, phew!! So things are returning to 'normal' whatever that is?

The good thing to come out of this is I have lost 1/2 stone in weight, the not so good has been, going Hypo nearly every day whilst at my in-laws, and now back home going Hyper and feeling dreadful :( I hav an appointment to see my GP on Wednesday. Feeling absolutely washed out and k*******d. Wish someone would stop the World going round so I could get off for a while, lol. Too much to ask I guess.

Take care,

Shirl x

Hi Shirl I'm glad that things are improving for your in-laws. It sounds like you need some TLC. Is there any way that you can get some time to spoil yourself? I hope that sending you big hugs will help. {{{{{Shirl}}}}}

Hi AJ and many thanks for the reply and hugs, much needed.
Have spent some time with my friend Sue, who I make cards with, which has helped. Need to thank Steff too, she has kept me going, god love her! As long as I have friends around me I know things will get better 🙂

Take care,

Shirl xxxx
