Feeling so ill again

Hi I've been doing so well mental health wise but work have put me down yo work two days extra during the summer when I'm only meant to do five. I've emailed boss
Have they explained why, it is not unusual that people have to do more day to cover other staff holidays, I would assume they would be taking their turn at extra days if not then it doesn't seem fair.

No and other people aren't either i said will dl one extra just not the end end x

Great to hear that you still have your job as the last I read you were so stressed you were just going to walk away from it or were worried you were going to get the sack.

What is it about working the extra days that concerns or upsets you and is it worth making yourself ill over it? Do you have plans for the extra days they want you to work?
