Feeling Rough

I think the scan yesterday must have irritated my stomach as I have been up all night in agony, had to sit up on the sofa all night as lying down was too painful . Have to work all day today and have the counsellors coming around to see my daughter after work for an hour too so it's going to be a long day on almost no sleep.

Thank you. My stomach has settled a bit 🙂 so as long as I stay awake, the rest of the day should go ok! Supposed to be working but find myself on here instead
