Feeling really ill at moment

Hi I cannot believe how ill I am feeling just with what appears to be a cold starting. I had a vague sore throat yesterday but today also have banging headache and temp is up, I am sweating everytime I move. I cannot work out if a cold makes me feel so bad because of diabetes or kidney failure, probably kidney failure. I think I will have a lemsip and go back to bed.

Thank you all, have spent most of the day asleep, still feel really tired and cold like, so I have cancelled tomorrows activities, well I had a friend visiting but dont want to give her the cold !

I feel better today, it was obviousley a fake cold. It felt very real ,but it has happened before. I think I had overdone it and just slept and slept yesterday. Its obviousley the kidney failure kicking in, my brain forgot about the chronic fatgue side of it and I tried to do to much, back to my sedate self now. 🙂
