My faith in the NHS has been restored 🙂
I saw the diabetes team at the hospital today and I've been put on insulin. It's a lot of information to take in but I'm determined to get my glucose results back down and stable again. I also now know what everyone's talking about with NR and levemir etc! seeing the dietician and nurse next week to start carb counting. I am just so relieved to be getting the right information and treatment.

Great news to hear , im pleased your feeling alot better, good luck on the insulin take care x

Good to hear, did you get to practice doing an injection in clinic?

Good luck with it, if you want to get up on carb counting then check out the Bournemouth website to get you started.

yeah I tried doing an injection in the clinic, a lot of it ended up on the floor though 😱 I think it will take a bit of practise!
