I caught the cold at the weekend there dog showing, but it seems to have cleared up. I was eating but not my usual amount but I was sipping water to hydrate myself.

I feel dizzy a lot of late now and I'm eating and drinking normally but these dizzy spells are bothering me. Could it be the complete change of diet but then I've been on it for 2 months and only now I feel well dizzy. I don't stand up suddenly either as I do have low blood pressure well I don't as a rule as I've smashed to the floor and it's not something I want to repeat. Scary times.

I have lost 6.6kgs in a few months so that is normal surely under the 1kg (2lbs) is safe to lose.

Have made an appointment with doc but I have to wait a week nowt unusual there.

Obviously you need to see your doc about this Dollypolly but it sounds like postural hypertension if you already have low blood pressure. Make sure you keep yourself hydrated and not too great an interval between meals.

No chance you've picked up an inner ear problem with the cold causing the dizziness?

Hope you get to see your GP soon.

Did the giddy spells come on with the cold, Dollypolly? If it was just before or around the time you had your cold, your ears could be a bit congested still.

Otherwise there are many things to potentials cause giddy spells from hunger, to blood pressure issues, to thyroid imbalances to gluten sensitivity. See what I mean? Probably wise to sort out a chat with your Doc to chat it through.

I didn't notice any dizzy spells with the cold mainly after. After coming home I rested as much as I could what with having dogs and kennels.
I don't snack as a rule and I don't eat breakfast either but might have to go back to both for a bit. Hadn't heard of postural hypertension though.
To add to the mix I'm already partially deaf in one lug as it is but they feel weird so it could be that maybe.
Have tried to phone docs again to get an earlier appointment no luck.

It'll be something to do with your ears then and not serious hopefully, the doc will soon sort it I'm sure. 🙂

I hope it is. Just feel different this time after a cold or I'm worrying more, more like knowing me.

could it have been how the judging went at the show, as this sometimes makes me sick 😉

Hahahahaha not this time we got firsts with the young lad our blue, we're campaigning,
