On Thursday I had my 3 month follow up with Neurology Consultant following my stroke.

My HbA1c is now 55 (was 120 when I had my stroke).
My cholesterol levels are all fine now.
My blood pressure is consistently 120/75 or thereabouts sometimes as low as 107/63

I'm still going to the gym 3 times a week to do cardio and strength work. I've returned part-time to work.

According to the specialist if I continue in the same way in another 3 months my risk of stroke will be no greater than anyone else - the risk factors will have all leveled out.

But I don't feel pleased with myself, I don't feel energised, I just feel nothing......
