am pleased to say that since diagnosed and my diet is changing the feeling my head is being squashed when i wake in the mornings has now gone and am able to stay awake during the day and have done a little walking.....feeling so much better already...AND....have managed to give up chocolate, cakes, fried foods, alchohol ( bacardi and coke ) pastry, and some but not all processed foods and i feel so much better.....in TWO weeks...havent weighed as dont want to put a curse on it....BUT...i felt soo ill before that i feel like smiling which i havent done in months....wanted to share this with somebody as my family just say...DO MORE... but i think i have done well.....downside is i still have tingling in my legs and feet and cannot bear anything touching my legs sometimes, but i have an appointment with the neuro doctor next week so hope to find an answer....
 
Really pleased to hear that you are feeling so much better Rossie! 🙂 I hope that they can find a way of relieving the problems with your legs.

Your family just want you to be healthy so probably dont realise how negative they may sometimes sound - I'm sure they mean to be encouraging - it just doesnt come across like it sometimes does it? 🙂
