Feel rough

Feel as rough as hell this afternoon , dont know whats wrong with me BG was quite low (i guess ) before tea 4.7 but now sitting at 6 after, just feel real heady

Thanks me too, dont feel like im going down with anything , the only way to describe it is rough🙄 although i am very tired

Just to let you know i slept 11 hrs last night😱 i usually only have about 6 but obviously needed it as feel ok today

I know not like me at all😱 usually go be about 11 and up at 5.30 still got up to go loo but that's nothing new, but dont open my eyes for that ha!ha!
