Hi, Just came back from my slimming world weigh in. Although I have cut out the peatnut butter and butter, have a lot more salads. The weight was the same.

However, my face is smaller. I am going to stop the push-ups. While at first they are great, they are not the best to lose weight. I tend to do them right after my daily walk.

I am due to get the results from my blood test. The receptionist said the doctor was going to call me yesterday...never did though. Feeling quite positive though. I really dont want to go down the xenical/orlistat route but if I have too......determined to lose more weight...set myself a target too...

I couldn't go out last night as I had my yearly DRSS and I could barely see properly for several hours......unti the next rant 🙂 🙂

Hi Rustee, try not to focus too much on the numbers where your weight is concerned - remember that muscle is denser than fat, so if you are becoming more toned through your exercise you may not see an immediate benefit in terms of weight loss. Keep up the good work! 🙂

Northerner is right (of course!)- and if you keep at it, the scales will start to show it soon. I've been with SW (this time) for 6 months, and am much healthier - diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure as well as general fitness have improved dramatically. Not quite a magic wand, but as close as real life will allow!
