I dont know whether its the news coupled with diabetes i feel down today, im going to have a news black out its depressing, sorry to trouble you guys with this you have your own issues, just i guess one of those days, needed to get it off my chest i dont want to depress anyone else.
 
Hi Simon, if there is one place you can get things off your chest its here. Im having a bit of a down day too after a run in with someone at work yesterday. Hope your day gets better.

I try not too, I don't think the other person involved will come in today which will make my life easier and then Im on a training course this afternoon (fun!). Shall we just say s** them all and go to the pub?

I am right here with you, work up with extreme anxiety, feel tear-fullness and just wanted to stay home and shut myself away today. I hope you manage to shake it off and feel better later.

Thanks people i appreciate just had a bad week, needed glasses i know, i know just glasses did i tell you how vain i am, got some varifocals damn they are good
Then .......
Play fighting with my granson he knocked my tooth out damn hes good, new glasses, new tooth, and diabetes loll its got to get better loll

Hope you're feeling more chirpy today, Ingressus. 🙂 I get those days too but, weirdly, work sorts me out (I know!😱). It's cos I work with a bunch of really lovely children and teenagers - they always make me laugh, they're nuts...I never scrap with them tho!😛

Sometimes it's hard to let things go, but good luck and what's the "non carborundum" saying....don't let the b&?3@as get you down
