Hi guys not posted for ages
10 units levimier morning
16 novo rapid with breakfast
16 novo lunch
26 novo with evening meal
36 levimier befor bed at 10
but still cant get down in to single figures
anythink at the mo 10-13
 
Hi Matt, a lot will depend on what you are eating to match those doses as to what levels you end up on. Make sure you write down your readings, and the meals you ate with them (with approximate portion sizes). This will help when you speak to your doctor of nurse so they can work out how best to adjust your doses. 🙂
 
Get the scales like I told you! lol

Half the problem (I think!) may be that you're not measuring out the food to per 100g ad just taking a guess.

I weigh out EVERYTHING! Including milk for my breakfast. I'll find you a set of scales to use.
 
What you need is something like these:

That way you'll know exactly what 100g is and be able to measure it out from there. So, if you're having a cereal that's 24.5g per 100g and you fancy having 200g, the scales will tell you what 200g is then all you need is a calculator to work out that altogether it's 49g carb which is pretty much 5u Novorapid (or whatever your insulin:carb ratio is)
