I was in a hurry tonight as had been dealing with inept plumbers all day,so grabbed some meat this evening in a rush,I'm still a little unsure about labels,I'm not worried about saturated fats, but can anyone tell me about mono unsaturates and polyunsaturates and if they are ok?

Thanks @Bronco Billy, that was a good read,it's nice to learn something new

Monounsaturates seem to be one of the most beneficial types.

There are differing viewpoints/research findings on saturated and polyunsaturated fats.

Everything that has fat in it has a combination of all three types, in differing proportions.
