A father and daughter duo from Great Notley are making a splash for Diabetes UK by taking part in a 22-mile fundraising swimming challenge.
Ron Franklin and daughter Lianna, 16, are taking part in Swim 22 because Ron was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2006.
Swim 22 sees participants swim 22 miles- the distance across the English Channel- in their local pool.
