We recently tried out the fathead pizza recipe, using almond flour, and topped with olives, mushrooms and cheese. We've had it 3 times so far, and it is becoming a Wednesday night staple before our usual weekly shopping on Thursday morning.
It's very good, and I'm not much of a cook, but between us we made decent enough meals, and we have it with a side salad! And Mr Marten is getting the hang of rolling it into a round pizza shape
