I having my hbAand various other tests tomorrow and i have to fast, when do i start the fasting process, when do others start theres?,just had my tea now,should i not eat anything now until after the test?
 
Thanks guys,

Had 12 in my head and was not sure,and after looking at Vics link its definetly 12 hours so my test is at 9am,,and i dont eat after 9 tonight anyway so im safe.
