Had my 6 month blood tests, HbA1c was down from 6.3% to 5.6%, very pleased with that, fasting glucose, done at same time and just a fast for 12 hours, was 5.5, same as last time. Expected that to be lower, wonder why not.

I wouldn't complain - in terms of blood sugar control, you're essentially non-diabetic!

Great achievement - what ever it is you're doing, keep doing it!

Fantastic results Slipper. You should be very pleased :D

Well done Slipper 🙂

Thanks, think its ok to ease off a little now, but its strange, I seem to have got into the way of eating and despite feeling hungry at times, dont want to give into temptation too often.

I got some Edam slices, they are rather more ish.🙂 and had half a packet of M&S roasted mixed nuts, calories are horrendous though😱.
