Seen my nurse for my diabetic review yesterday, she was fantastic! She believes in Low carb, talked about the blood sugar diet and believes this can be reversed, she said iv done fantastic and my bloods are non diabetic, even tho they will never take me off diabetes register I only need to see them yearly now xx

It felt really good really boosted my confidence on what I am dong, got app through for my Desmond course on the 31st of August, not sure if he should go or not?

Hi Louise. That is great news, Well done! It's so good to hear about your nurse too.
Why not go to the Desmond course. I know you will probably be way ahead because of what you have learned here and probably other places too. You may well pick up some good info and tips as well as meeting and being able to chat to others who have T2.
