Family pleased by investigation into Stafford Hospital Gillian Astbury tragedy

Happened in 2007 and only now investigate, makes me angry! All that time and I bet there has been no procedures put in place to stop this re occurring. I feel for the family as it could of been us, just disgusting. Although no help for the family no answers for them neither.
 
I was just reading this on bbc news & it made me angry.

Like Brett says, what changes will have been made to prevent this?
