A report into failings in care at a mental health unit has been published.
Inspectors from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) highlighted problems at the Bradgate Unit, on the Glenfield Hospital site, in a report issued yesterday.
They found patient care records were not always updated and that one patient with diabetes was "not being monitored and treated".
The CQC team, which spent two days at the unit run by Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, also said some patients had not been provided with necessary interpreting services.
