Hi all,

Just got my letter to book my eye test which I have done for monday but wanted to check how bad this "blurry" vision you may have could be? I have a client (i do false nails) booked in for monday afternoon and as she is going to a wedding really can't cancel her so wondering if I should push her back or if I can maybe get away with doing them as is currently booked (which is 2 hours after the appt)

What's everyone elses experience been like with the vision after and the sensitivity? (I cure with UV light 😛)
 
Eeep!

The first time I had mine done I was blurry for about 4 hours after (it differs for each person) and I definitely couldn't drive and I struggled to read the screen on my phone to make a call to get my pick up!

Even trying to cook was a bit of a struggle!

Brightness isn't so bad if you have dark glasses on.
 
Oh wow! that sounds like a long time! I guess that it's very much individual but a ball park figure in mind is always good. She's pretty laid back so if I tell her I can't do them till the evening then she will be ok with it (but I hate working at night)

The place I am having it done is only 10 mins away so I'll be walking so that's not an issue!
