Morning, does anyone know if an interruption to eye injections would contribute to the effectiveness of them working?

I have a few issues with my eyes and already registered partially sighted.

In December I was informed they wanted to start me on eye injections and had my first one. I was told they wanted them done every 4 weeks.

The next one is due today.

I contacted outpatients and they put me through to the secretary, she said I’m on their list and there letting people know by telephone, but I’m concerned the delay will affect me?

Do you see an optician anyway apart from the hospital? - if so you could enquire over the phone to them, or if you know the name of the drug, look that up on the internet and see what info you can glean?

Panic over!
Appointment has been booked.
