Being Pre Diabetic I’d increased my excercise - sadly this had not kept levels down en. Now on Metformin and Glicazide.
What do I do about my excercise?

Big thanks xx

Exercise can be a helpful component in a diabetes management programme, and has lots of other health benefits too.

But having read the experiences of many T2s on the forum, getting the balance right between the meds you are taking, your menu, and your metabolism.

Being at risk of diabetes suggests that your body is struggling to process the food you are eating successfully. Adjusting your way of eating to reduce upward pressure on your glucose levels. Often this can involve moderating your total carbohydrate intake by reducing portion sizes.
