Hi All,

Nearly four weeks in to all this new stuff and other half is doing really well... I'm very proud of him (soppy bit over!)

Just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for exciting low carb snacky treats I could get or make for him to take to work mid morning - he's done very well in swapping a constant all day munching of cake / biscuits / fruit / anything else he can lay his hands on to one snack of say veg and houmous but thought it might be nice for him to have some variety and hopefully discourage him from raiding the vending machine!

If there's an array of things he can eat without spiking his levels too much (especially as we haven't really progressed to the adjusting doses yet, as I say - it's only been four weeks!) then that would be lovely and get me in the good books as well!

Thanks very much
Jane

Hmmm.... veggie crisps sound good.... and the cheese crispy things for a bit of variety...

He's obsessed with monkey nuts at the moment, which is all well and good but I keep finding bits of shell all over the house :-(
