Excellent service from Accu Chek

I have just received an email from Accu Chek saying that a new version of the 360 software is now available, which will run on Windows 8 and 8.1. They are going to send me a free copy which should arrive within 14 days.

I hadn't even complained to them about it! I think that's what you call good service 🙂

Just found out that husband DID ask then about it and it's taken them about 3 weeks to reply, so not so good then

But at least we'll still get the software free!
