Hello, I haven’t contacted the DWP. But I have spoken to AI automated systems “bots?” The funniest one was when a package didn’t show up so I contacted them by text on the website. I was messaged back immediately by a bot. The “AI” started to come to the conclusion it needed to call the “police?”

Are you able to report that online @gail2 ? I reported my COA online, if I remember correctly.
