Hi

I have taken a new job to get out of driving to London - however - this has induced erratic meal times due to changing shifts, - hence erratic medication options - I thought that the best plan seemed to be to go for some time between 4 pm and 8pm depending on shift start or end time. --- however that gives me a 4 hour window -- this seems to be having some effect, as demonstrated by the not quiet dead aspect of food following some meals,
Any suggestions? To improve matters please.

Regards Andrew

All depends what medication you are talking about? Some need to be taken before / after food etc.

medicatation

Sorry I should have listed medication.

Metformin -- Ramipril -- Simvastatin -- Aspirin -- Symbicort -- Ventolin

make up my cocktail for the present.
I have been taking them with my evening meal aimed for about 7, however that now happens when I am not working, but when My wife gets home and a weekends if I am not working
