Epsom salt rub gel

Has anyone used this product before please. Going to Florida early September, and I always get swollen feet, also the Disney rash as Disney fans call it, (aka vasculitis) Have read that the above gel is good to rub in when you go to bed. But have also read, Diabetics shouldnt use Epsom salts. Any advice much appreciated

I would ask for the scientific evidence that you shouldn't use Epson Salts? Sounds like one of the many diabetes myths.
