Hi has anyone here done the Empower diabetes course and was it beneficial ?
I was referred by my GP surgery.
 
It’s not one I‘ve heard of I’m afraid @Steve711

It seems to be on offer in various places across the country, and looks to be associated with Spirit Healthcare (who make the Tee2 meter used by many members here)
