What's the (latest!) dietary advice on eggs? How many are we "allowed" every week? I've got a mega egg craving at the moment and don't want to overdo it.
🙂

Hmm...I'm on a bit of an egg binge at the moment! Omelettes, quiche, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs so far this week - hadn't realised! 😱

The good news is that there is no recommended limit on how many eggs people should eat - gone is all that 3 a week nonsense (or whatever it was!). So, indulge, I say, and enjoy. But probably best not to go all 'Cool Hand Luke' with it 😉

hi bloden
same as what northerner says……totally fine to eat them (within reason obviously!)…my dietician said 1-2 per day….. enjoy ! x
