Has anyone in any of their checks had a query or problem with this. Apparantly it measures how effectively your kidneys are working. My son level waw apparantly lower than it should be, and he has to have a 24 hour urine test and bloods. I have read up on it, just wondered if anyone else had experienced it.

I haven;t personally, but I seem to remember someone else mentioning this not too long ago because I had to go and look it up! Hopefully they will spot this 🙂

I had one in hospital when I was first diagnosed. You simply use a container to collect all your urine for a day. Fine in hospital, I was in a single room with a loo, though being just diagnosed I managed to need a second container.😱
Probably much more intrusive if you have to do it and go to work. ( 2 ltr yellow container of 'wee' not the easiest thing to have to carry about with you)

What was the outcome Helen, just wondering what they are likely to do if it is still low after this test.
