Are there 3c folks here who have experience of longer term use of Gliclazide ? I mean 5/10 years or so ? Does the P collapse eventually under the cumulative pressure of the G ?

I'm now on my second stint of use of G. 7 years ago I was on it for 3 months; now it's been 6 months and I'm going to stop, but may have to be on it "permanently". Otherwise I may have to move to Insulin if the P fails.
