Prob is, my title is so close to the poem that it will probably never show up.

I *still* have no search engine terms coming through...why?!

I've done the 'yahoo explore' and 'google thingy' on my dashboard, entering those keys or numbers or whatever. And I've removed the privacy thing....

Also of course, any linking to the site will raise you...So Sam, if you have friends or recent links put on other sites for some reason, this will increase your visibility. I'm sure you know this.

Actually, that's a good point. I haven't specifically requested from friends that they shift my blog to this one...

I use something called 'Pingomatic' to ping all the search engines when I make a new blog post. This service sends out a message to alert all the search engines that there has been activity on your blog - more regular activity and the higher up the search engines you get. It's free and very simple: http://pingomatic.com/

I also use something called 'Twitterfeed', which will scan my blog hourly and tweet a message when it detects new material. It will also message Facebook but I haven't set that up yet. That's also free. I do actually get traffic from the States via Twitter, so it's worth signing up if only just for that.
