Could not find these at Tesco's only frozen Soya Beans they do not look that old or different. Is there a huge difference ? Just told the same bean but nutritional values differ.

They are soy beans, but young ones, which might be significant as many seeds alter as they mature - I believe they are quite low carb, but I tend to avoid beans as I have the ability to extract more than the listed carb content from various beans and peas.

it was on a recipe menu thats all Its with fish so i think its ti make you think if peas and mashed potatoes.

i just bought thr frozen soya ones

Frozen edamame are the ants pants - v. nutritious, great protein, super convenient. Neutral taste which tends to complement whatever you eat them with.
