Echinacea tablets

Hi is it ok to take echinacea tablets when you have type 2 diabetes

Hi @reedlevy and welcome to the forum.
I believe it is OK to do so. I used to take the same as liquid drops for many years. I checked with my GP who said it was OK. I was not aware of any problems. If you are on any medication, I suggest you read the leaflet that comes with it to see if Echinacea is mentioned as not being compatible. I no longer take Echinacea, but not owing to Diabetes.

It does not say it is not suitable but it does contain lactose and potato starch but no quantity mentioned. But do read the product leaflet.
