I went to see my GP a few weeks ago because I was having trouble breathing when walking or exercising at home, I had to go for various tests and when I saw him last week he said I had Asthma and was given a inhaler. I looked up the results of my medical records to find out the results of the other tests and for the ECG it said abnormal - I am wondering why he never said anything about it. Any ideas?

If your GP hasn't mentioned it, then it won't be anything to worry about. Best thing is to ask him, you can get minor ECG changes in asthma, especially with the treatment,

The doctor should of told you your full results so you wouldn't be worrying as you are.
Go back and ask what they mean for your own peace of mind.

I can't add further except try to keep your anxieties to the minimum (if you can) otherwise won't doing your bgls any good x
