NSS Research? This may be another case of research stating the blindingly obvious but at least it bears thinking about. An article on Aunty today suggests that eating more slowly can aid weight loss. Researchers at University Hospital Coventry and the University of Warwick are looking at what happens when people eat at different speeds.

No surprise really as you have to give the stomach time to tell the brain you are full, so the slower you eat the less likely you are to over-indulge. Rick Gallop covers this subject in his GI diet books.
