Easy Peas-y soup

Type 2
Sorry about the title, I couldn't resist.

Per person:
100g frozen peas (5.4 g carbs)
150ml water
1/4 Chopped onion
A generous teaspoon of Chicken Bovril (or half a stock cube)
Black pepper

Bung it all in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for about half an hour. Liquidise. Slurp (very important).

Variations include adding a bit of bacon while cooking, or a dollop of mint sauce at the end (not both, I made that mistake once!).
 
Ooooh, soup and peas have to be my fave foods (apart from avocados) so I'm going to give this a go sometime 🙂 xx
