Not a device I have heard of.
There have been many attempts at making a viable non-invasive continuous glucose monitor, and I’m not aware of any currently available with solid data behind them.
Tim at Diabettech usually has a pretty close eye on things. This post is from July last year (and talks about some of the other current rumours)

Personally I certainly wouldn‘t want to spring any cash before I could see some proper research, and preferably some real-world experiences.
