Hello!
Is lentil/bean/chikpeas soup considered diabetic friendly and healthy and good for ketogenic diet and weight loss?
If yes, is there a device that will make it easily? Ideally I want just to put the ingredients and click a button and it will get ready itself!
Thanks!

I think beans & pulses are not suitable for a keto diet as they are too high carb.

As Mark says they're no good for ketogenic low carbing but could have a place in a moderate carb diet as they are low GI.
I sometimes make a carrot and lentil soup in the slow cooker which more or less fits the bill, although I do like to sauté the onions and carrots first for flavour but it's not essential. Oh and you have to liquidise it at the end but that's really quick and easy if you have a stick blender.

I've got a soup maker. It's called a saucepan.:D

I have looked at soup makers and they are not suitable for me, because they blend the hell out of the soup making it a fairly disgusting to me unknown mix
I prefer the lentils, the carrots, the celery, everything intact
is there a device that can do that automatically?

I prefer my homemade soups with substance too. I make a mixed veg one that I just put in a saucepan and bring to the boil and then leave to simmer for about an hour, no fuss. My type of cooking.

The easiest way to make them is to use a pressure cooker, at least for chickpeas and lentils. You could make a batch, then freeze the portions or keep them in fridge, with the broth.
The biggest problem is that with dried chickpeas and lentils one has to soak them overnight before cooking them.
Then you have to rinse them, put them in the pressure cooker covered with salted water (laurel leafs/onions/garlic if you like), close the lid, heat and wait for the whistle of the cooker and the wait fot 12 -15 minutes at low heat.
Wait until the pressure in the cooker is low, open and serve or prepare to freese.

yeah but you must soak beans and chickpeas
You can skip this if you use a pressure cooker. The important thing is to boil them for at least 10 minutes. I survived my student days as a vegetarian without soaking pulses!
