Does anyone know if I need to inform the DVLA (or my insurance company come to that!) that I've changed to pump therapy from MDI?... :confused:

its just a form, cant remember if it even asks that question though......

I would say no, the dvla need to know if you are insulin dependent. Regardless of what regime you are on.,
