Duluth prison inmates training dogs to help people with disabilities

Inmates at the Federal Prison Camp in Duluth have been enlisted to help train dogs that will assist people with physical disabilities and diabetes.

The so-called Prison Road Puppies program is sponsored by Pawsitive Perspectives Assistance Dogs, a nonprofit based in Savage, Minn.
