I received the regular email news from DUK headed “Have you done your diabetes MOT?”

I registered with Learning Zone last year and the password is in my Apple Keychain - in other words it can’t be wrong. But it won’t sign me in or send me an email to reset the password.

Is anyone else having this problem? I have sent an email form but am not hopeful of a speedy reply. Any solutions?

Thanks.

Hello @HenryBennett ,

It may help if you contact learningzone@diabetes.org.uk regarding log in errors.

Is your Apple Keychain defaulting to the forum password (which has the same root domain, but just a different subdomain)?

If on a Macbook, I believe you can check your saved logins in Safari preferences and reveal the password that you set (you will have to log in with your device password to see it)

Hope you can manage to recover your login details.

Mike, yes thanks, I’ve done all that. When logging in on the iPad you can manually choose your password. What’s strange is that the usual fail safe “forgotten password?” doesn’t work.

Hmmmm that’s odd. Is there an email address in the learning zone section for you to email?

Hi again Mike,

I don’t if my email has been picked up but I’m able to log onto the LZ with iPad and Mac.

Cheers,

Henry
