I have loads of left over roast duck that i want to use up for dinner but have got a clue as to what to do with it any ideas please.

Slice it up and stir fry with whatever your fancy (noodles and orange and soy sauce spring to mind)

Remembering what we did after roasting our male Aylesbury a few years ago - he fed two of us for about a week! We ate duck meat in sandwiches, stir fries etc.

Meanwhile, we used his down to fill sections of sleeping bags that had leaked feathers.

That what I'd have said....

I love stir frys. Pan full of veggies & noodles you feel like you had some tea ! 🙂
