Newly diagnosed and gave to have regular drug test for work can diabetes give any false results for cocaine metabolites
 
Why don't you ask the people doing the tests? or ask your doctor? Never heard rumours that it did but have never had such a test or known anyone that did personally - nor who used cocaine either come to think.
 
I heard of someone found positive for opioids - she made poppy seed bread twice a week and ate it every day.
