My licence permits me to drive groups A and E, E being a moped (I passed my test in 1974). Will I love group E if I renew the licence (might have to as I will be moving soon I hope)?
 
No you will keep it under "grandfather' rights. If you have not riden one for a while a refresher course is worth considering.
