I certainly wouldn't rely on my Dexcom for a reading as it's quite often less than accurate.
 
Not wanting to put a negative slant on things. Can't talk from the perspective of using a CGM but wouldn't trust the libre to drive safely on the roads, often it can be incredibly accurate and other times less so, so unless the user is aware of this then they could be driving with bg levels that are unsafe to drive with, personally, until Abbott improve on this I will continue to bg test before getting behind the wheel.
