Drinks and Juice.

If you mean diet lemonade, bitter lemon, Fanta, that sort of thing yes you can but it's fairly icky!
What you need to be mindful of is that anything containing "real fruit juice" will contain natural fruit sugar.
Manufacturers often hide it by using its real name which is fructose but it's still a form of sugar which converts into glucose once it's inside you and the higher the fruit content the higher the fructose.
Some fruit juices also have added sugar as well, it's a minefield!

Would sparkling water be ok,sorry but I’m still learning.
 
What l do is get the sugar free squash, either Robinson's or own brand and then make it up with sparkling water,
Much cheaper and tastes better than the tinned stuff.
You can also get diabetic squash made by a company calledStur on the internet but it's sweetened with stevia but it doesn't suit my palate, to me it just tastes bitter.
