Hi Brownie. I don't think so, however if blood sugar is very high (over 10) then the body tries to get rid of it in urine so i guess drinking water would help that process, perhaps...
 
Drinking plenty of water is always a good thing, though the effect on BG, I suspect, will be minimal the closer you are to normal levels.
